About Us

It all started in 1989 when Keith Ebersole saw a need for quality storage sheds and other portable structures in Benton and the greater Southern Illinois region.

With storage shed experience in PA, Keith started building portable structures and selling them locally.

As the business grew, so did the area that we served and the structures we offered. In 2018, K&K Portable Buildings switched from being a manufacturer to a retail location and sales lot.

Keith's son, Preston, took over the business in 2019, and today he owns the business and manages sales.

By partnering with local builders in IL, we have been able to increase the types of structures we offer while increasing options, customization, and quality.
